9th Open Kendo Festival “WHITE NIGHTS” was carried out on 3-6 of June 2010 in Saint-Petersburg.

St.Petersburg Kendo Championships Report

The Saint-Petersburg Junior Kendo Open, Second St.Petersburg Kendo Championships and Thirst St.Petersburg Iaido Championships were conducted in our city on 18-20 December 2009. These Championships were organized by clubs of St.Petersburg Kendo Assosiation.

World Kendo Championships 2009 in Brazil

14th World Kendo Championships were carried out in San-Paulo (Brazil) on 28-30 August 2009. Two members of “Gekken Dojo” participated the Championships: Konstantin Zhukov and Victor Trofimov.

Keiko with Jintaro Takimoto

Jintaro Takimoto carried out trainings in Saint-Petersburg from 15 to 21 August 2009. He is PhD student of Kendo chair of OSAKA UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH AND SPORT SCIENCES.

25th Moscow Open Kendo Tournament report

25th Moscow Open Kendo Tournament was carried out on Saturday 27th of June 2009. There were held following competitions: ladies individual competitions, Kyu-cup and Dan-Cup.
