21 December 2008 the first Saint-Petersburg Kendo Championship was carried out in our city.
44 sportsmen of 5 Saint-Petersburg Kendo-clubs participated the competition:

Competitions were divided in to two parts: Ladies’ Individual Championship and Common Individual Championship.
